An online store would be ideal. And by cheap im looking for just like a little trick not like a huge full costume, just something which would cost like £20 - £30 preferably.

Without knowing what effect you are trying to create, it’s hard to make a suggestion. Doing a quick change out of a suit or a dress is different than changing the color of your socks or a pocket hankerchief. There are small items such as color changing ties or bow ties that available off-the-shelf. Most other quick change pieces are fitted and need to be custom-made.
There are a number of methods where quick change is concerned. Which one(s) you use will depend on what you want to change, how quickly, where you are, if you have assistance, if you will be following up with another costume change….
If you sew and know the methods, you might be able to make yourself something that would work, but I doubt you’re going to achieve what you want on the budget you’re looking at.
Any place I would suggest wold be stateside. Since you’re asking in pounds, I suspect you’d do better googling "color changing tie" or "color changing bow tie" and finding a supplier on your side of the pond.
