Pick a card, any card and if its the same as the one Im thinking of, you win 10 points!!!

My uncle does a mind trick. He has me take a card from the deck memorize it and then put it back in. Then he shuffles and then he lets me shuffle. Then he takes the deck and does something where he is taking a few cards out of the middle at a time and placing them on top. Then I choose a number between 1 and 10. What number I pick he puts that number of cards between my index and middle finger tells me to hold on to them and then hits the deck until only one is left the one i chose. How does that work?

plzz help im dying to do a trick on my family

I love those things, my friend always does this one on me….. she tells me 2 pick five numbers 1 - 9 and write them down on a peice of paper, then she takes out a peice of paper, writes down a number and folds it up and tells me don’t look at it. After that, she pick 5 numbers 1-9, then I pick any five numbers 1-9…. then she pick five numbers 1-9, then I have 2 add up the numbers and the sum is the answers on that peice of paper she folds up!!!!! It is soooo annoying because I can never get how she does it! If u are going 2 give me some tricks MAKE IT EASY PLEASE!!!!! lol, and if it is hard then please give me instructions!
